    The Process

    Complete Coil Cleaning

     

    We clean the condenser coil and the hard-to-reach evaporator coil on PTACs.

    Drain line treatment

     

    Sludge and biological build-up are broken down to prevent overflow and clogging.

    Air conditioning pan cleaning

     

    The pan is meticulously cleaned to remove all organic material build-up and malodors that have formed over time.

    Complete disinfection

     

    After cleaning, entire unit is sprayed with disinfectant to kill 99.99% of bacteria, mold, and mildew.

    Pan tablets or strip insertion

     

    A tablet or strip is inserted to fight bacteria re-growth and keep drain lines clean for up to manufactures specifications.

    Filter cleaning

     

    Removable filters are cleaned and sanitized to maximize air flow and prevent premature recontamination.
